Booth Pricing And Application Information
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 5th  Utah Winter Faire. We are committed to providing the best vendor experience we can. One of the ways we do this is to be very careful about the mix of products; diversity is very important to us.
Submitting this application does not guarantee placement. Qualified applicants may be requested to provide a picture or sketch of their booth setup, products and costuming ideas for staff. You will be contacted if selected and an invoice for your booth fee will be sent to the email provided in your application. Your space is NOT guaranteed until payment is received.
This year we are instituting a new procedure for booth selection.
Submit your application below. You will receive a follow-up email from us. Our first round of judging and acceptances runs from May 16th to June 30th. Selected vendors will have through July 14th to make payment and secure their space. Applications not chosen in the first round will be considered again in the second round. On July 15th we will
reopen the process until August 31st with all payments due prior to September 16th. Applications for any remaining spaces will be evaluated on a case by case basis after September 16th.
Prices for booths are as follows and includes space and access to electricity and wireless. No furnishings included.
